Welcome to APITECK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, cloud management platforms, and professional IT services. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

APITECK provides cloud-native architecture, custom software solutions, and managed IT services (SaaS). We offer 24/7 monitoring, security audits, and Cloud FinOps optimization for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.

2. Billing and Payments
  • Payment Processor: All transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Direct Cloud Costs: Clients maintain ownership of their cloud provider accounts (AWS/Azure/GCP) and pay those providers directly for resource consumption. APITECK fees are solely for management and optimization services.
  • Subscriptions: SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support@apiteck.com. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of professional IT services and real-time monitoring, APITECK generally offers no refunds.
    • Exceptions: We offer a 72-hour grace period for new subscriptions. If you cancel within 72 hours of your initial sign-up, you may request a full refund.
    • Custom Work: Fees for custom software development or one-time migrations are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
4. Security & Data Privacy

As a "security-first" provider, we implement IAM audits and encryption. However, clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account credentials. APITECK is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from client-side security lapses.

5. Limitation of Liability

APITECK provides expert management and monitoring. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for outages caused by third-party cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or unexpected network spikes.
